MORGAN HILL, Calif., October 15, 2007—The Varian Medical Systems exhibit, designed and fabricated by Cyclonix, earned the #1 spot in Exhibit Survey’s Most Remembered Exhibit Study for 2006.
The Varian exhibit, which debuted at American Society for Therapeutic Radiology And Oncology (ASTRO), received top honors by earning an overall 52% overall recall rate in the shows under 200,000 sq, ft. category. Varian’s workstations, and product demos within the exhibit were also notable, earning a 47% recall rate. The Exhibit Surveys study was conducted by polling attendees from 14 shows, half of which were shows from the healthcare industry.
The success of the Varian exhibit is a result of Cyclonix’s approach to the project. “Cyclonix very quickly learned about our business and understood the impact we wanted to make in our market. They listened, then very creatively developed ideas to promote our company,” say Diane Quinn, Varian’s tradeshow manager.
“We worked very closely with the Varian Medical Systems team to turn their clearly defined objectives into dynamic brand architecture. The exhibit’s success shows that close collaboration between the marketer and their design team can dramatically increase an exhibit’s ability to drive results,” says Marty McGreevy.
